Both children and adults enjoy presentations by Nancy Arnold, as she draws on her 30 years of experience as an educator and her great passion for America to bring history to life. School visits can include her coming in costume as Martha Washington or as a pioneer woman to read from and discuss her books Patriotic Pups, Pioneer Pups, and Pilgrim Pups with students in elementary grades. These fun and entertaining programs really help children engage with and learn about our country’s history. Mrs. Arnold also speaks on history and patriotism to adults at civic and political organizations. Her many awards and recognition as an educator and author by groups such as the Daughters of the American Revolution, the National Federation of Republican Women, and Constituting America speak to her earnest love of America and its history and her desire to communicate this love to people of all ages.
